Welcome to our website! Circus Manduhai is a small circus founded by Chimgee Haltarhuu. We are based in Minnesota and have been thrilling audiences around the upper midwest since 2002, performing at Mall of America, Fitzgerald Theater, casinos, corporate events, schools, libraries (through the MELSA program), festivals, fairs, and private engagements.
